Our Process
At Live Link Video, we want to make sure you
are completely comfortable with what our product is, how it
works, and what it takes to make your video interactive.
Step 1: Contact us

or by phone at 440-368-9347.
Step 2: Tell us what
you would like
We will have a brief discussion on the type of videos you
would like us to make interactive. We will ask you questions
such as the genre of video (commercial, store tour, how-to
video, etc), desired length and types of links and captions
that will help turn your video into an interactive
experience. And if you don’t know the answers right off
the bat, that’s okay! Our creative team will help you come
up with ideas to make your interactive video meet your
needs.
Step 3: Give us the
“Go-Ahead” Once all your questions have been completely
answered and you give us the "go-ahead", we'll
move to the production stage (where the real magic begins).

Step 4: Send us your videos In order to create your Live
Link Video, there are a few simple things we’ll ask
you to send us electronically.
» Your video in any of the following formats: mpeg, mpg, flv,
mov, avi, or wmv
» A list of the URLs you would like to use in the Live
Link Video » The captions you would like to use in the Live
Link Video
These can be submitted to us right over the Internet through our
Xdrive. You can also submit to us on CD/DVD if you would like.
Step 5: Sit back and relax
while we take care of the rest
Once we have all the necessary files and links, we will start
building your Live
Link Video immediately. Normally, we can complete the
development in 2-5 business days. For complex projects, it could
take longer. But here’s our bottom line – we’ll do whatever
you need in the timeframe you need it done. Just let us know if a
“rush” is necessary.
Step 6: Review/approve your
video
Once the Live
Link Video is completed, you will be able to view and
approve the video online before we finalize the project. Once you
are 100% satisfied and give us your approval, we will send the final
version to you electronically (or on CD if you like). Your final
version will be a Flash SWF file
which you can easily load to your website. Because it is a Flash
file, anyone on the Internet will be able to view the video without
any downloads.
