FAQS

What are the main features?
Live Link Video allows for hyperlinking any object inside the video to any outside webpage. The hyperlinks contain captions so that information about the object, or link, can be shown right inside the video. Drop-down banners can be displayed throughout the video to share any further information to the viewer (and can also contain hyperlinks).

What type of file is the Live Link Video?
The Live Link Video is a Flash SWF file (standard to the web). This is so web programmers do not have to learn a new technology in order to load these files. These files are easy to load and display on any website. But cannot be loaded to YouTube and do not play on Apple mobile devices (as they do not support Flash).

How long does it take to create?
Our standard timeframe is 2-5 business days. For complex projects it could take longer.

Are any downloads needed to interact with these videos?
No. Since our videos are supplied in a standard Flash SWF file, anyone on the Internet can view and interact with these files (as long as they have a Flash Player which majority do). No downloads are necessary. Cannot play on Apple mobile products as they do not support Flash.

What video formats can you convert into a Live Link Video?
We can convert any of the following video formats into a Live Link Video:
mpeg, mpg, flv, mov, avi, or wmv
